He is the only Cyber Gang member not to be based on an old style of their respective gang member (Although his collar color could be a reference to Shaggy's shirt in The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo, Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers, Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School, and Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf.
